The first son and commander of the Land Forces Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has deleted his Twitter account.
Muhoozi a well known Twitter fanatic had an account that boasted of over 500k followers.
However on the night of 11th April 2022, the Lt Gen deleted his account. At first it was rumored that Twitter had suspended Muhoozi’s Twitter account for violating it’s protocols.
Muhoozi however personally deleted the account himself either internationally or accidentally.
When a Twitter account is suspended by the social media platform, the account when searched for shows “Account Suspended.”
However, when its deleted the account shows “this account doesn’t exist.” And this is what exactly Muhoozi’s account shows when it’s searched for at @mkainerugaba
Muhoozi had also earlier said that he was being targeted by the Big Tech companies which include Google, Apple, Facebook and Amazon and Microsoft.
His Twitter account has probably been one of the most busiest of a top Ugandan official.
Through this account, Muhoozi has been updating his followers about his different exploits militarily, politically and diplomatically.
His Twitter account was however deemed so controversial due to the content it has been airing out by the first son himself. He’s yet to provide an update about the situation.
