
From the time you’re picked from the airport/hotel, you will have a dedicated guide/driver to transport you to the entire exciting place included in the tour.
Day 1: Kampala to a hotel.
We will pick you up at the airport on your arrived to a hotel of your choice that is booked before to relax.(since you will arrive at 2:00pm you will need more than 30 mins to check out and driving from Kampala to Murchison falls is about 5 hours and that means we have to be so fast on road and yet the gate to the park closes at 7:00 pm so its optional)
Day 2: Kampala to Murchison Fall.
Our guide picks you up from the hotel where you start your journey to Murchison falls through Masindi where you will have a coffee break or lunch and then proceed to the park. Where there are 2 options either enjoy an evening game drive where you will observe various animals retreating to their nightly quarters or visit the top of the falls then back to the lodge for your dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Murchison Falls / Activities.
We are out in the jungle early before the crack of dawn in search of the big elusive cats. With the skilful eyes of your guide, you are likely to spot the Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Giraffe, Elephant, Oribi and Hartebeest just to mention a few.
After the game drive we have a short break at the hippo pool where you can have your packed breakfast or lunch for about 15 to 20 minutes as your experienced tour guide will explain about hippos on the banks of the Albert Nile. After the break, depart for the ferry crossing back to the hotel for a hot lunch as we await the boat cruise at 2: pm alternatively go for the boat cruise on the mighty river Nile where you will have a view of crocodiles, Hippos cooling off from the heat as well as Buffalos and Elephants (which can be seen at the river banks) and a view of charming birds dotting our skies as we sail to the base of the Murchison Falls.
Day 4: Drive from Murchison Falls to Kibale Forest.
After an early morning breakfast, we start our journey to kibale with a stopover in fort portal for lunch and hotel check in depending on the time of arrival and book chimpanzee trekking permits for the next day.
Day 5: Chimpazee Trekking in Kibale.
At Kibale we will have a briefing about chimp tracking by an experienced tour guide before you set off in search of chimpanzees near kanyanchu.Chimps live in communities of about 100 individuals, learn about the physical and behavioral aspect we share in common, check out more primates such as the Golden monkey, Olive baboons, Red colobus monkeys, whites and black colobus mokeys,Grey checked mangabey and Blue monkeys. Later go for a guided walk to Bigodi sancutury (Magombe swamp),which offers an array of bird life, butterflies and tree species then back to the lodge for a night.
Day 6: Drive from Kibale to Queen Elizabeth national park:
After your early morning breakfast we drive from Fort portal to Kasese via the crater lakes (Optional)and continue to Queen Elizabeth National park where you get ready for a 3 oclock boat ride on kazinga channel (Optional) for a great birds spotting,and a view of hippos elephants,buffaloes and many other wild life.
DAY 7: Exploring Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Wake up early morning, have breakfast and head for the game drive along kasenyi tracks for about 3 to 4 hours looking out for animals such as elephants, lions,buffalos,hippos and if you’re lucky the leopard etc and over 600 different bird species. Then proceed back to the camp or lodge for a hot lunch.
At about 2:pm we set off for the boat cruise on kazinga channel for about 2 to 3 hours with an amazing view of animals such as elephants ,crocodiles, hippos and birds of different species like kingfishers, pelicans This cruise gives you a great opportunity for photography at close range.
Then back to the camp site or lodge for relaxation and night.
Day 8: Drive from Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Wake up for your early morning breakfast and set off at around 9 to 10 am for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park where you will have your lunch, relaxation (Lodge) and later take a walk to the nearby local communities or visit the local traditional communities where you can do some little art and craft shopping and viewing then back to campsite for a night and get ready for the next day’s main activities.
Day 9: Gorilla tracking at Bwindi.
After an early morning breakfast and guide briefing, set off for your gorilla tracking in the forests for a bought 2 to 3hrs depending on which group you have been allocated to, don’t forget to carry same drinking water, closed shoes, rain court just in case it rains.
Then back to the camp for relaxation and a night as well
Day 10: Depart from Bwindi to L.Mburo National Park.
In the morning on this day you will have breakfast and thereafter you will drive east wards to Lake Mburo national park a home to large number of antelopes and other animals like bushels zebras, hippos, warthogs, buffalos, and birds, leaving spectacle kigezi highlands behind passing via Mbarara town which is home to the long horned cattle. You will have lunch along the way, later arrive at the park, check in at the lodge and have an evening game drive. Have dinner and over night.
Day 11: Game drive/ Activities in Lake Mburo.
This beautiful park offers abundant opportunities to view Impala, Buffaloes, Topi, and the largest herds of Zebras in Uganda alongside variety of birds. You have opportunities for walking activities with an armed ranger guide, horse riding, Boat ride, game ride and squad biking opportunities.
Day 12: Drive from Lake Mburo to the Airport / Kampala.
Drive from Lake Mburo to the airport, as this mark the end of your 11days safari.
